Photo-Ready Home Styling.

For this project, Mary Frances Home worked with the homeowners to prepare an existing property for professional real estate photography and listing. Our focus was on enhancing the home’s existing features through thoughtful furniture arrangement, styling, editing, and finishing touches. By working with what was already in place and making carefully considered adjustments, we helped create inviting, beautifully presented spaces that would photograph well and appeal to prospective buyers.

The Result: After spending six months on the market without selling, the property was professionally styled by Mary Frances Home and relisted. It sold on the second day after returning to the market.
